b5media's Business Channel is seeking a blogger (or bloggers) to author a new blog focusing on the food and beverage industry.

Ideally, you are knowledgeable about food and food supply merchandising, running and staffing a restaurant, as well as what (and who) is hot in the food and beverage industry.

Note that this is a blog about the business of the food and beverage industry, and not a review of restaurants, food or TV cooking shows. In other words, experience in the business is a requirement.
