Description

Spaces Chicago is seeking several staff bloggers to produce local community focused content related to Northbrook and surrounding suburbs as well as the north neighborhoods of Chicago (Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, West Loop, Loop, Old Town, etc.) with a residentially focused target market. A commercial real estate blog for each of these areas needs to be maintained as well. These paid positions report to the managing broker. It is expected that 9,000 -9,500 words will keep the blogs healthy
.
 Compensation is $150 per month. 

Spaces Chicago is also seeking someone to produce pod casts on a weekly basis. The pod casts will feature professionals in related industries such as mortgage, insurance, auctioning, etc. 

Responsibilities: 

 Write, prepare and host a 5-7 minute live video segment at least once per week on a deadline. 

Collaboration on the development of ideas for show topics and themes is required and will be in the form of a one hour meeting once per week. 

Compensation is $150 per month. Office space and all necessary equipment is provided should you need it. If you are an agent or broker Spaces Chicago will be required to hold your license if you take this position. These blogs will play a large part in creating excitement regarding the launch of our website.
