This is a paid position, with revenue share for traffic bonuses. Everyone will be paid, even if you generate 0 traffic.

We, you and me, are building a hub for all things personal development and productivity.

Each post should be an island unto itself. Anyone arriving at SidSavara.com via referral, search engine, etc, should be treated with the best we have to offer on every page.

Writers will be expected to write a minimum of 4 posts a month. Keeping to the minimum is fine: quality is preferred over quantity. Think of them as feature articles as opposed to blog posts. Depending on how much you want to write, we will either do a flat rate by article or by month.

The Social Media team will be responsible for getting visitors to our high quality posts, and also researching possible link bait ideas, and providing them to writers. If a writer creates your piece of linkbait, you are responsible for getting the word out about it.

Bonuses will be given for making front page of social media sites, split between the blogger and the social media expert/team.

With traffic and social media bonuses, I expect the positions to realistically be over $200 in the next couple months, possibly even this month. Longer term, I plan for this to be even more lucrative for everyone.
