Requirements:

Ability to write 2 - 3 posts/week as well as network with other bloggers.
Proper English - I shouldn't need to review and correct your English; if I do, I'll find another blogger.
Interest in building a community of content-writers who use Wordpress to share their thoughts with a dedicated following, and now want a membership plugin to sell access to their material.
