Broadband Genie needs people who can answer technical questions and offer plain-English help and advice about broadband, mobile broadband, and/or home networking (UK only).

Typical questions as follows:

* How do I connect my laptop to our home Broadband Internet connection?
* What broadband speed is required to play games online on the playstation 3?
* Is mobile broadband via a dongle sufficiently secure from eavesdropping to use it for Internet banking?

If you think you can answer those questions with a high level of expertise yet in language that will be understood by ordinary people then please get in touch!
