Looking for a new lead writer to grow established celebrity gossip site (http://snarkfood.com).

14-month old, established site with steady traffic and revenue, looking for someone to expand that with her/his passion for gossip news (celebrity gossip, entertainment gossip, etc.).

I'm looking to go towards something similar in concept/approach to wwtdd.com.

Posting frequency minimum of 15 posts/week over 4 of the 5 weekdays. (But really looking for someone interested in writing as much as they'd like to.)

Payment details: 80% of site's revenue which currently averages $125/month (the 80% comes out to $100, not the pre-cut amount which is about $125/month). Monthly payouts via Paypal.

Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen (will have to provide W-9 to confirm). Must be 18 years of age or older. Keep it PG-13, no hardcore language, nudity, etc.

Notes: Lot of potential here for someone with the ambition to grow it. Sky's the limit on how much can be made, depending on how much effort they want to put into it. I'll provide $500 total of new advertising funding over the first few months with the new writer to help jump start traffic again. Will also discuss purchasing licensed photos for use on blog posts.
