I am currently seeking "several" Niche Managers for Operation Springboard which is now being implemented by the company. The Niche Manager would act as a partner in certain areas of the business and will be compensated based solely on revenue share.

Background -
Right now the company is focused in one niche. Operation Springboard is to "springboard" into other niches duplicating the current business model. We are looking for Niche Managers to oversee the day to day operations in a given niche, and in return receive a 40% share of the revenue generated from your division. This is a great long term opportunity for those who are good at networking, blogging, recruiting, and creating.

You should be good with people, able to email your group and motivate bloggers daily, provide suggestions for them, and be able to write regularly on your own blog in the network. You need to know Wordpress and how it works.
