American Football Blogger

Description

We've got a few positions open for some crazy-passionate and articulate football bloggers. If you can be funny, even better.

Openings:

1) Cover the Jaguars with commentary and analysis.
2) Watch Sunday night games (any game will do) and complete game recaps of ~400 words within the hour after they're done. If you can integrate an injuries report, that would be great.
3) Tips on managing a fantasy football team, like how to find cheap-but-valuable players, what stats matter etc.
4) General commentary and analysis (non-betting oriented) on teams, players, games etc.

The more exciting, the more entertaining and the more insightful you are, the more likely you'll get the job.

Length: 400 - 500 words long.
English grammar, spelling: Fluent, first-language level.
Pay: $25/post, looking for 3-4 posts / month.
Fun: You get paid to watch and talk about football. Heck, you were gonna do it anyways, so may as well get paid for it n get some recognition, right?

How to apply

Send an email to joekrowe@rocketmail.com with either or all of the following:

1 game recap
1 Jaguars piece
1 general commentary/analysis article

Note: We expect to fill the general commentary bit most easily, so if you really want a gig, best to send me a Jaguars or game recap piece.
They can either be attachments or links to articles you've already written.
