We are looking to publish longer, more in depth articles on our blogging site BloggingTips.com. These articles should be more useful for readers and should be more likely to be linked on other sites and bookmarked on sites like Digg, StumbleUpon, Twitter etc.

We are primarily looking for long detailed guides and lists which summarise a subject. The article can cover any topic related to blogging including WordPress, Blogger, Marketing, Making Money Online, Domains and Hosting, Blogging etc.

Here are some article titles to give you an idea of what we are looking for.

List examples:
* 50 simple ways to promote your blog
* 75 amazing free wordpress themes
* 10 proven ways to increase traffic
* 20 popular hosting companies: Which is best?

Guide/Tutorial examples:
* How to discourage people from scraping your content
* SEO Basics
* A guide to video blogging

The article must be original and should be around 2,000-2,500 words in length. Writers will be paid $50 per article via PayPal once the article has been completed.

In each article there are two links to the writers blog/website, a link to their twitter account and a link to their profile (in which they can tell readers a little more about themselves),


There is no strict schedule for writers to adhere to. Once a topic has been agreed upon, you can submit the post within a few weeks. However the applicant must:

* Have an excellent grasp of English (preferably a native English speaker).
* Be familar with using WordPress and writing articles via the WordPress platform.
* Be comfortable with adding images to articles.
* Have a proven track record and either run a successful blog or have written for a popular blog or website such as Mashable or SmashingMagazine.
* Have experience with writing long detailed articles and demonstrated that they can research a topic.


We are looking to hire 2-4 bloggers at most. If the quality of a writers article is high, they can expect to receive requests for 2 or 3 articles a month (maybe more).
