The job(s) would suit someone with a background as an estate agent, property developer, journalist or with a keen interest in the property market. The job(s) can be divided between one or numerous individuals, and comprises several distinct parts.

-A daily property news "round up" clippings service, involving reading a selection of news sources and compiling a blog entry linking to specific articles, featuring selected quotes, to be published by 9AM.

-Daily news articles, providing readable but intelligent coverage on each of the day's news stories (house prices, interest rates, etc).

-Features articles on property development, buying and selling houses, moving house, home improvement, DIY, renovation, HIPS, first time buyers, downsizing, second homes, overseas property, inheritance tax, etc.
