New Blog
is looking for aStock and Options Trading Bloggers Needed
Description
Hey, Jon Morrow from Copyblogger here.
I'm looking for three writers to help one of my consulting clients start a blog about stock and options trading. It's not one of your typical get-rich-quick blogs, nor is it about making recommendations on specific trades. Rather, it's going to teach people the fundamentals of trading and how to fit it into their overall personal finance strategy.
We'll ask each blogger to write one high-quality article per week, most likely in the 750-1000 word range. We haven't worked out all of the details on payment yet, but I'd guess we'll be paying quite a bit more than the pitiful rates most bloggers make, probably in a pay per post model. In some cases, we might also consider a byline with a link back to your own website, allowing you to attract customers/readers from the articles you write.
How to apply
If you're interested in the position, here's what I need you to do:
1. Send me examples of blog posts or articles you've written. You're welcome to send me a link, if the article is online. Otherwise, please send all examples in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
2. Tell me about your experience. You don't have to be an expert with impeccable credentials, although that's certainly a plus. We're open to accepting articles to anyone with an in depth knowledge of trading, even if the only person you've traded for is yourself.
3. If you have a blog, please send me a link to it, even if it has nothing to do with trading or investing. It'll help me gauge your writing ability.
In general, we'll only be hiring expert traders with far above average writing skills for these positions. If you've never written a blog post or article before, or you've only been trading for six weeks, then this probably isn't the job for you. The goal here is to create the foremost stock and options trading blog in the world, and to do that, we'll need the writers who can offer sound but also captivating advice that people will want to read day after day for years to come.
If you believe that's you, then please send all of the above information to JonMorrowJobs@Gmail.com, along with any questions you might have.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Jon Morrow
