is looking for a

Real Estate Blogger and an Investment Blogger

Category: Co-blogging

Description

I run a small but successful personal finance blog geared towards young adults and am looking for two contributing bloggers: 1. A real estate blogger and 2. An investing blogger to contribute weekly posts.

Applicants should have expertise in and/or experience writing about either real estate or investing and be able to write for a Gen Y audience. I'm looking for educational and/or action-oriented posts with unique research and/or a personal touch. Sample post topics might include:

Real Estate

How to interview a real estate agent
How to shop for a mortgage
So you want to be a landlord

Investing

Getting started with options trading
What you need to know about re-balancing your portfolio
Do you need a financial advisor in your twenties?

Articles will be published under your byline (i.e., this is not an anonymous or ghostwriting position).

Bloggers must commit to writing *one* 500-800 word post per week on a regular deadline. Starting pay is $35 per post. There may be room for additional work and/or a raise after a period of successful contributions.

How to apply

Please email david@moneyunder30.com with links to writing samples, which position you are applying for, and a paragraph or two about yourself and why you want the gig. Thanks.
