Are you iPad app savvy? Do you have experience with special needs kids? Are you an great tech writer? If so, we have a writing job for you!

Autism Plugged In is seeking freelance writers for its fast growing blog. This site is a philanthropic venture that reviews iPad/iPhone apps focused on helping children with special needs, including autism. Readers are clamoring for more special needs app reviews than we can provide, so we need your help!

Writers must have access to an iPad and/or an iPhone. We will require the writer to download an application, thoroughly use all functions of the app, and write a review of the app in a clear, helpful manner. Download codes will be provided.

Articles should be at least 300 words long, must include screenshots of the app, and will need to be proofread by the writer. In addition, our editorial staff will have editing privileges, in order to maintain our high quality standards.

We prefer users who are comfortable with WordPress and are looking for 1 or 2 writers for a total of 6 posts per month to start. 

Autism Plugged In donates all revenue from the site to organizations benefiting autism research – so this is a job you can feel good about! Payment is $10 per article for a single app review, paid bi-monthly via PayPal.
