Description
The Web Communications Manager is passionate and knowledgeable about the internet and its use as a marketing channel. The ideal candidate will have exceptionally strong editorial skills, preferably in a web environment. The individual will also have experience as an â??in houseâ?? web marketer, having previously worked as the point person for (non technical) web development. This individual will work as part of the communications team to develop marketing initiatives as they relate to use in all formats of electronic communications
Summary of Responsibilities:
- All online communications efforts, including editorial review and content development
- Search Engine optimization
- Email marketing efforts
- Online Fundraising
- Primary point person with IT department
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Ingeniux web content management system a plus.
- Familiarity with Conservative Judaism a plus.
- Bachelorâ??s degree in Marketing or Communications a plus.
