The Business Channel at b5media is searching for a blogger (or two) to write for a new blog about politics.

The blog will focus on makes politics and voting work, and not about individual parties or politicians. Examples include non-partisan news stories about what's happening at the primaries, voting mechanisms, how primaries work, who can vote and who can't. In other words, you will focus on the mechanisms behind politics rather than the politicians.

You must be passionate about politics - but not political - and able to explain the "rules" of politics to the reader. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.

Note that this is a blog for the Business Channel because it is not focused on people or parties but on politics as its own industry.
